Are people required to participate in the ICO? What kind of answer is that? You also keep talking about "ICO access," but there was barely any meaningful difference between the terms offered to Frontier users with early access and the terms offered once the ICO became public. You did a very poor job. I think you should have handled this much better. You could have started the ICO for Frontier users at a 60M FDV and given them allocation priority based on the amount of CAP they had earned. Only then would you have some grounds to make that argument. If Frontier users chose not to use their exclusive allocation, you could have opened the remaining allocation to everyone else at a 90M FDV. Maybe you would have made a little less money from the ICO, but Frontier users would have seen a genuine exclusive benefit. That might have encouraged them to participate in the ICO or increase the amount they invested. After that, you could still have distributed stablecoins to YT users who lost money. Don't come here and give dismissive answers after using people's money for free for a year. Don't forget what shame is.
