I have extensive experience in L2 chains and sadly I had decided long back that I'll keep assets only on the Ethereum core. Hence I am going to let this megaETH looping on Aave pass. Why not offer this Aave lending pool directly in ETH core?
Can I create a lending pool myself on Aave with stcUSD as collateral and to allow USDC borrowing, since Aave is permission less?

With Aave, new listings whether they are on mainnet or other chains have to be approved on voted on. It’s not up to us. We would love to have the stcUSD on the Aave instance on mainnet, your best bet would be to go to their community whether it be in their discord or forum post to ask and request it.
