Hey, everyone! An important update was just included to fix the crash caused by Google's new decimal SDK version numbers (for example, 36.1 or 37.0). The app now reads those numbers correctly, so projects using the newer SDK versions should work normally. You can download release 26.38.1, which includes everything from 26.38 plus this fix:

After testing Code on the Go 26.38.1 on ARM64/aarch64, these are the remaining issues that still need to be fixed: Build Tools 36.0.0 zipalign is still incompatible with ARM64 It fails with: Exec format error I had to replace: build-tools/36.0.0/zipalign with the ARM64 binary from: build-tools/35.0.0/zipalign Build Tools 36.0.0 aapt2 should also be verified/replaced with a native ARM64 binary My current 36.0.0/aapt2 only works because it was manually replaced earlier with the ARM64 AAPT2 from Build Tools 35. Resource optimization still needs attention With the current ARM64 AAPT2 workaround, optimizeReleaseResources can produce an invalid APK even when Gradle reports: BUILD SUCCESSFUL The generated APK may miss: AndroidManifest.xml resources.arsc The current workaround is: android.enableResourceOptimizations=false Ideally, Code on the Go should ship fully ARM64-compatible Build Tools 36 binaries and make Release builds work correctly without this workaround.L S Hello guys, I am facing a problem with this version. However, when I attempt the update, the build fails because the required library versions are not available in the local Maven repository used by Code on the Go When I checked, this repository only contains: · compose-bom: only 2022.10.00 · material3: only 1.0.0 · compose.ui: only 1.3.0 · compose.foundation: only 1.3.0 · customview: 1.0.0 (pom only, no AAR) and 1.1.0 (complete) Since the repository is the only source Gradle can resolve dependencies from (the FAIL_ON_PROJECT_REPOS mode prevents internet fallback), I cannot update any Compose library beyond what's pre-bundled. My questions: 1. Is there a way to allow Gradle to fetch missing libraries from Google Maven / Maven Central at build time, in addition to the local repository? 2. Could the local Maven repository be updated to include newer versions of AndroidX Compose libraries (at least Compose BOM 2024.x or 2025.x)? 3. If neither is possible, is there a documented process for manually injecting newer .aar/.jar/.pom files into the local repository in a way that Code on the Go will accept?
