I'm already an ideal human. I want humanity to become utopian but they refuse to fix themselves.
Humanity could become ideal if it evolved into aroace and got rid of gender identity. This would eliminate useless social sentimentality that governs modern collective handicap.
It would also become mentally stronger as a consequence and it would be planned with far more precision. For example, there would be few to 0 random unplanned offspring.

And Monaco is a semi independent principality in France
Gaza is closest because it has main organization managing the city and the strip. It also has its own military forces except it's paramilitary not military because it's not formal state.

Asexual humanity would plan childbirth carefully and not as a side effect of having sex for sex. In world without attraction breeding would be only for breeding purposes.
This would lead to generation of offspring that is taken care of better with stable households because there would be no romantic or sexual drama that tears them apart like it does today.
human relationships would be governed by practicality not idiots forming bonds out of sentimentality.
I would also add aromantic to the mix to further enhance them, it would be perfect species like 47

We are heading there but this is not what i mean. What i mean by asexual is humanity where humans are not sexually attracted. It is fine if they have sex, but they would be not influenced by attraction in life decisions because there would be no attraction

far from ideal, this is good progress yes but this is not it yet
