⭕️ According to statements by the Iranian Army overnight and into the morning, Iranian forces carried out the 16th and 17th phases of Operation Saegheh, launching successive drone attacks against US military facilities in Kuwait. ■ In its first statement, the Iranian Army said it had targeted a US ammunition depot at Camp Udairi (now known as Camp Buehring), as well as Patriot and air defense radar systems at Ali al-Salem Air Base, both key hubs for US military logistics and force deployment in West Asia, stating that disrupting their operations would significantly impact US regional support capabilities. ■ In a subsequent statement announcing the 17th phase of the operation, the Iranian Army said it had resumed drone strikes from dawn, again targeting the ammunition depot at Camp Buehring and additionally striking equipment warehouses and personnel facilities at Ali al-Salem Air Base. The statement said this was a response to repeated aggression and strikes on civilian infrastructure, while reiterating that Iran's actions constitute a defensive war aimed at protecting the country's sovereignty and people.
