Hello, I topped up my account using Bybit on the Ton network. They didn't verify my account and refunded it to their hot wallet. To ensure the coins are returned to my account and not lost, they're asking me to record a video showing the exchange where the refund was made. I logged in by entering my full username, password, SMS, or authentication code. I know you can access the crypto bot without this. What should I do?
