I have been waiting for about two months for my issue to be resolved, but so far I have not received any response or contact from the support team. I have already provided all the requested information in detail, yet no one has contacted me to clarify the situation, request any additional information, or try to help me. I would like to know whether anyone here has experienced something similar or whether someone from the support team can review my case. At the very least, I need an update on the status of my request, as two months without any response is far too long. I would appreciate it if someone could guide me or help me.
