The money was deducted from the wallet, the bot sent a message saying "will be sent within 2 minutes," but no message about successful sending was received. There is no transaction hash. Technical support says the request has been processed but not sent to the network. Can you please tell me the approximate waiting time for resolving this issue? I cannot write in the Russian chat, there is a ban there for some reason.
