Hello, I have a question and hope you can help me understand if this is normal.
After waiting about two months, support finally replied to my ticket and told me the funds would be credited to my balance within 72 hours. That was on July 30, and 5 days later nothing has arrived yet.
I also got a notification that I have 14 days to withdraw my balance, so I'm a bit worried about the timing.
Is this waiting time normal? Should I just be patient a bit longer, or would it be better to open a new ticket at this point?
