Is it possible to process a refund to a different address after the failed AML check, or to credit the deposit to my CryptoBot wallet instead? The service the funds were withdrawn from is no longer operational, so returning them to the sender address wouldn't let me recover them. If this isn't possible by default, could it be arranged after completing KYC or any other verification procedure on your side? I'm ready to provide any documents or information you need.
