🚨Trump Heads to Supreme Court Tomorrow on Birthright Citizenship!! The U.S. Supreme Court will hear oral arguments tomorrow, April 1, 2026, in the major case Trump v. Barbara over President Trump’s executive order limiting birthright citizenship. The order seeks to end automatic U.S. citizenship for children born in America to undocumented immigrants or parents on temporary visas. The administration argues this restores the original meaning of the 14th Amendment, which was meant for freed slaves after the Civil War not “birth tourism” or illegal immigration. Lower courts have blocked the order, but the Supreme Court will now decide if it’s constitutional. Arguments start at 10:00 a.m. ET. President Trump recently posted on Truth Social: “Birthright Citizenship is not about rich people from China, and the rest of the World, who want their children… FOR PAY, to ridiculously become citizens… It is about the BABIES OF SLAVES!” A decision is expected by late June or early July 2026. No joke…this could be one of the biggest rulings of the term. 🇺🇸
