They can disrupt blood flow and the activity of neurological networks, and can be used as a targeted weapon, or perhaps as a weapon of wider destruction and disruption. We also have the capability to use nanomaterials to insert electrodes into the head and create a wide range of functioning sensors and transmitters”!
