I've seen this probably since day1 on crypto, never been resolved, always same patterns
It's not the same patterns though, malvertising game is very dynamic. using sites google wasn't a thing in 2025 for example. Also, different sources of ad accounts, there was a lot of ATOs in 2025, while in 2026 most of ads come from 'legitimate' advertisers networks that deploy thousands of ads and just dont check for fraud etc.
blackbigswanwhile at it, we should also rage at Cloudflare because easily 70-80% of global phishing deployments uses Cloudflare free tier accounts
whenever i report a malicious cloudflare website the website is blocked 1h later

I didnt say they are ignoring abuse. I just said that the volume of abuse is massive. Yes, cf does action reports reliably. But it doesnt change anything. There's literally tens of thousands deployments every day
