Electra Protocol (XEP) 🧿

I bought xep on eadx, and they don’t allow me to withdraw it saying i bought it from the bonus. I literally deposited 250$ got 750$ bonus. I bought 249$ worth of xep and 750$ worth of eadx. They won’t allow me to withdraw xep saying i bought it with bonus money, which i clearly didn’t. Is anyone else having issues with withdrawing funds with them? It feels like they don’t allow withdrawals under that excuse to just keep the money in and probably steal it all or it’s a horrible bug on their end. But if it was a bug, their customer service would say it’s a bug, yet they insist it’s bought from the bonus, even through the math clearly shows it was bought from original deposit money. Anyone else is having issues with them?
