If you were to send your “DLT assets” or a derivitive of your “token” to Clearstream’s D7 DLT platform. {A Central Securities Depository (CSD) }
Clearstream D7 then issues a new “DLT Asset” for use in a Securities Settlement System (SSS) like T2S (Target 2, they run the settlement infrastructure for all of Europe.. practically)
The DPE (Designated Publishing Entities) that initiates or receives or receives the transfer e.g Deutsche Bank JPMorgan Chase
or other bank / ICP is legally required to report the specific details of that to APA
