They are correct about Bonus rules, sure, no exchange allows you to withdraw the bonus they gave you. But they keep claiming tokens are bought from bonus. While they aren’t.

The problem is the following: I deposited 250$, i got 750$ Bought mmx with 249$ and eadx with 751$ They don’t allow mmx withdrawals saying i bought it with bonus money, and they told @PlanCharuto i can’t withdraw because i have more eadx than what i deposited? 🤣 I mean u gave me the bonus and told me i can either use it in futures or buy eadx with it.

I’m not trying to withdraw anything other than the mmx i bought with the money i deposited. And good luck arguing with them about it

I even asked them to provide solutions, for how i can withdraw my mmx, deposit more usdt, sell eadx, withdraw parts of mmx, maybe 50%, no response.
