we’re hiring OF chatters we’re looking for serious, reliable, and sales-driven chatters who can build genuine fan relationships, maintain each creator’s personality, and consistently generate sales. pay structure: 12-day trial and evaluation period: • $2/hour • 3% commission on personal sales after successfully passing the evaluation, you will move to our regular pay tier structure: • standard level — $3/hour + 3% commission • performance level — $3.50/hour + 4% commission • senior level — $4/hour + 5% commission • elite level — up to 6% commission your placement and progression will depend on your sales results, assigned targets, attendance, response time, chat quality, consistency, coachability, and ability to follow creator boundaries and account instructions. passing the 12-day trial is not automatic. only applicants who meet our performance, quality, and reliability standards will officially join the team and qualify for the regular pay structure. requirements: • must be 18 years old or above • previous OF chatting or online sales experience is preferred • strong written english and natural conversational skills • confident in sales, upselling, objection handling, and relationship building • reliable computer and stable internet connection • able to follow a fixed work schedule • willing to use OnlyMonster, Hubstaff, and Discord • coachable, accountable, and open to regular performance reviews we’re looking for applicants who are serious about improving their skills, reaching their targets, and growing with the team. if you're interested send a dm
