Wouldn't it be more convenient for the general public -in terms of ease of use- to keep a reserve? For example, having "100%" actually mean "100% minus 10 FLR" or something similar?
It feels a bit strange to generate a transaction from your own platform that cannot be executed because you haven't accounted for the transaction costs yourself.
