Notice must be immediate to 30 days otherwise please do not share Skills - Python Full Stack Job Location - Hyderabad Experience - 5+ years Job Description - Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python, Django, and Django REST Framework (DRF). Build and enhance payroll processing engines, employee lifecycle management modules, and HR workflows. Develop and maintain secure, high-performance RESTful APIs for integrations with HRIS, banking, payroll, and benefits platforms. Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and Business Stakeholders to translate HR and payroll requirements into technical solutions. Optimize database performance through efficient SQL queries, indexing, stored procedures, and query tuning. 6 - 15 years of experience in Python development. Strong expertise in Python 3.x, with hands-on experience in Django and Django REST Framework (DRF). Strong SQL skills with PostgreSQL or MySQL. Experience in REST API development and integration. Knowledge of OAuth 2.0 and JWT authentication. Exposure to React.js or Angular. 3+ years of experience as a Technical Architect or Solution Architect. Expertise in enterprise application architecture. Strong knowledge of design patterns and architectural principles. Experience designing microservices and distributed systems. Experience with event-driven architecture. Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Experience with payroll transformation or workforce management platforms. Exposure to microservices architecture and cloud-based deployments. Hands-on experience with GitHub Copilot (GHCP) or other Generative AI development tools. Knowledge of GDPR, data privacy regulations, and compliance standards.
