Protocols for breast, colon, rectal, gastrointestinal, head, neck, sarcoma, and other cancers are suspended; new breast cases cannot be accepted. Missing combination chemo, immune-boosting injections, palliative care, and pain relievers cause serious complications. Of 11,000 patients, 4,000 await travel permission for abroad treatment. Deteriorating options, equipment shortages, and travel restrictions threaten lives. We appeal to international and humanitarian organizations to urgently aid trapped patients suffering hourly.
