STELLAR & the 7 Dwarf's are used during the "TRANSITION Period" once the EBS Alert happens, the Redemption Center Appts conclude, and money has been transferred from peoples Quantum Access Accounts (QAA) off the QFS XRP/XRPL-(Private_Ledger) into the US Treasury owned and control banks accounts. These US Treasury Bank transactions are not done directly on the QFS XRP/XRPL-(Private_Ledger) but are more like having a manual set up books that the STELLAR Network (created with the code used to create the XRP retail tokens). The 7 Dwarf's do all the heavy lifting so the STELLAR interface can upload them onto the STARLINK QUANTUM GRID and from their on the QFS XRP/XRPL-(Private_Ledger). This is its only purpose until such time as users realize they gain nothing by having money in a physcial bank. The projected time to expiration is Late 2027 to early 2028, and the 7 Dwarf's and STELLAR are turned "OFF" for good.
