I would love it if Steem users could play BlockArcade without an IOST wallet.
and, Steem itself doesn't require a wallet, just a username and pasword.

Need chainlink built directly into IOST VM otherwise it's always gonna be a bit sketchy, buy iost development didn't even list it on roadmap.

When I was working with the Chainlink team I was asking if they were working with the IOST team at all and they said no.

ya a lot of these "partnerships" are press only.. if someone is going to do this work it is going to be the IOST team.. The Chainlink team are only prototyping EVM compatible one as far as i am aware

Yeah as far as compatiblity all that is required is writing what's called an external initiatior for Chainlink that can subscribe and listen for IOST events.
I looked into this but I don't need it just yet.

Don't need to be able to trigger a Chainlink action since I own the node and I'm just using the cron iniatior.
