my only real concerns are security of contract (just have to be careful) and the withdraw process would likely be manual or need some sort of manual approval flow because their will be times where not enough liquidity is on L2 to withdraw. But should be easy to just auto-rebalance L1->L2 to enable the ondemand withdrawals
