اتصال پانتوگراف اتصالی شبیه به قیچی است، شکل خاصی از مهار کنترلی می باشد که بر روی اتصال آکاردئونی یونیورسال نصب می شود و وظیفه آن توزیع مثبت حرکت بطور مساوی بین دو قسمت آکاردئونی (بلوز) اتصالات یونیورسال در دامنه حرکتی مجاز می باشد. اتصالات پانتوگراف همانند مهار های کنترل، برای دفع نیروی thrust طراحی و استفاده نمی شوند.
