Stew | Cook Position Open West Palm Beach, Florida | The Bahamas | Worldwide Cruising Full-Time | Private 120ft Jamaican-Flagged Palmer Johnson Motor Yacht Kindred Culture Co. is recruiting an experienced Stew | Cook to join a beautiful private yacht based in Palm Beach. This is a private program, making it an excellent opportunity for someone seeking a more personal, long-term program rather than the demands of a busy charter yacht. The yacht is used primarily by the owner and, occasionally, his son, with approximately 60 days of owner use per year. The remainder of the time is focused on maintaining the yacht to exceptional standards, ensuring she is always guest-ready. This role is ideal for an experienced Stew or Stew/Cook who enjoys both interior service and preparing simple, healthy meals. The owner prefers to keep cooking onboard to a minimum, so this is not a formal chef position. When the owner is onboard, you'll prepare fresh, light and uncomplicated meals such as breakfasts, salads, healthy lunches, snacks and simple dinners. When the owner is away, your focus will be maintaining the yacht's immaculate interior, provisioning and ensuring everything is ready for the next trip. The yacht is based in West Palm Beach, cruising primarily throughout South Florida and the Bahamas, with Mediterranean cruising planned from next year.
