 "Pennsylvania Supreme Court allows authorities to access your search history without a warrant."   The YouTube legal commentator Steve Lehto  posted a story about  :  "Pennsylvania Supreme Court allows authorities to access your search history without a warrant.  Googles fine print may cost you your fouth ammendment rights"   He makes some interesting arguments against this but in at least part of the USA this is the law.   It's always interesting to see how private rights are impacted by EULAs that you really can't avoid.  Who in modern life can avoid an internet search engine EULA or a cell phone OS EULA.  But just by using one you are (according to this judge) waving your rights in regard to the government searching your account history.    Is that's a bit of hyperbole or not.  I recommend listening to this 12 minute article.
