 Noctua says “feel free” to 3D print your own Noctua fans after releasing public CAD models online   Summary Noctua is Releasing Public CAD Models online for people to 3D Print their own Noctua Fan. Though these 3D Models are for Mechanical Design, renderings, and Animations purposes, Noctua has openly said "Feel Free to use them for creating your own Noctua Fans."   Quotes Quote "If you have the engineering knowhow to turn the 3D prints into a functional product, then you’re welcome to do so using the CAD models provided by Noctua. However, as you may expect, there is no kind of warranty attached – Noctua notes that it doesn’t warrant that CAD models are “error-free or suitable for any specific application”.   My thoughts I think this is great idea for say PC Case Designers to have actually 3D Models of fan to create Animations on how the air will flow in a case and design ways to improve cooling.
