Audrey Krus Uses Neuralink Implant to Draw Digitally
Previously, by decoding motor cortex signals, Audrey Krus could only move a cursor. She could also sign documents digitally and play video games.
In the latest demonstration her abilities expanded to full‑scale digital drawing. This requires far more complex, continuous, and precise decoding of neural impulses than simple mouse clicks.
These new results with Audrey Krus serve as an important data set for regulators. Neuralink hopes to use them to obtain expanded FDA approval and move toward scalable, high‑volume implant deployment by end of this year.
