Is there any way to uninstall manually, delete some files on filza or something?

you should be able to find the profile in Settings

There is no profile in settings>general

I found these 2 files in filza Net.myxxdev.speedyads.plist Net.myxxdev.mybloxx.plist

They are located in /private/var/mobile/Library/Preferences

delete the mybloxx one i guess

it’s a bug in ios when you use skip setup in cowbunga or other backup base tweak, it end up remove all profile even tho it still present there
