Sterilization and abortions should be used exclusively for eugenic reasons and in the preservation of White lives. For what it's worth, here's my take. If I were making the laws, (yeah a bit presumptuous of me, I know), I would mandate the following.
1) Abortion illegal for White women except in the cases where it is the woman's life or the baby's life, in which case, I would leave the choice to the woman and/or her family. (See also point 4.0 below) 1.1) Birth control devices, medications illegal for Whites.
2.0.) Freedom of choice in abortion and other birth control related matters for non-Whites. As for abortion legal up to birth.
3.0) Mandatory sterilization for all who have genetic, congenital diseases, whether some form of mental retardation, sexual or other degenerate tendencies, or other debilitating diseases.
3.1) Mandatory sterilization of all parties in a mixed race relationship or who are 1st-3rd generation mixed race offspring of a mixed race coupling.
4 0.) Mandatory abortion for all in cases of conception resulting from rape, incest, miscegenation. (If the miscegenation was voluntary, then see 3.1 above).
4.1) Mandatory abortion for non-Whites in cases of conception by those with congenital, hereditary diseases who have not been previously sterilized.
5.0) Rape and Incest be classified as capital offenses with a mandatory death penalty for the offenders. 'Victims' of rape, incest, obviously excluded.
6.0) Miscegenation, while not being 'criminalized' is not to be promoted, or even justified at any level by government, media, or any other organization (promotion of miscegenation being a criminal offense). Moreover, no one (currently or in the past) in a mixed relationship may be employed at any level in any government (local, county, state, or federal) agency. No one of mixed race, or in a mixed race relationship is eligible to hold any public office. I believe such policies would be greatly beneficial to the overall physical, mental, spiritual health of our European (and European origin) Nations. I believe a parallel program (promoting their own ethnic/racial benefit) in non-White countries would do the same for them, but that is their concern, not mine. My concern is for the betterment and overall well-being of my own people.
We [the various races of mankind] are not the same, and that's ok. Trying to force us all into the same mold, to insist that everyone is the same and equally 'deserving' of life is not. Some lives simply do not matter, at least not in a positive manner for society as a whole. Criminals, degenerates, and defectives do not improve mankind and thus, need to be eliminated from our societies. A fair and just eugenics policy would help to ensure that this happens and our race, all races, are not only preserved but enhanced.
