I see White and European as synonyms, interchangeable terms.
Plenty of Americans, aussies, saffas and kiwis get a lot of sun and some actually tan up quite a bit despite being of wholly NW euro extraction, and by contrast you'll Koreans on the daily who are "lighter", so to speak (and they've started dying their hair and all sorts of silliness to look like white girls, it's sheisty business).
This whole thing is pointless if some non can just hide from the sun and be included just because they don't like Israel.
