We don't, but we do foolishly require hospital emergency rooms to treat everyone, even if they can't (or won't) pay, so illegal aliens go to the emergency room for minor colds, to get their weekly dialysis, and everything else, and they don't pay. As a result, a normal American, who goes to the emergency room only for something truly urgent, has in many cities to typically wait 4 or 6 hours to be seen, and the ER is extremely expensive because there's only one white paying customer for every ten or twenty foreign invaders.
Plus, if the ailment doesn't kill us by the time we get seen, we may die in the waiting room of depression from seeing the state of our country.
