We should just do what the liberal class is effectively asking us to do as a result of Arday's death: Give black adults the official social and economic status of children. Create special academic positions, with lower standards and expectatations especially for black people. Like those Fisher Price kitchens you get for children: a pretend hob, oven, little wooden utensils. Let black people play at White People Things: scholars; doctors; good neighbours. We-wuzzery is the basis of black life, and we should help them out.
