Scammers are taking advantage of this by creating unofficial clones of this profile — they are distinguished by lack of premium statuses and duplicate letters in usernames; victims could send their gifts to the wrong recipient. Previously, it was necessary to add this account to contacts to reduce the risk of recipient confusion, but now it is no longer necessary, as their checkmark is easily visible in search results. ✅ Before this, there were users who received real checkmarks — a certain Clash TV and Pavel Durov.
