Saddens me that most Canadians don't get to see Canadian films because only Hollywood has the money to promote so the Canadian films barely crack the surface, then vanish. They don't know what they're missing. Canadian films are so much more quirky, authentic, sexual, funny, and 100 times more original than any US films with the exception of Hollywood-free indie US films. They don't need Hollywood's tired cliches, predictable plots, car chases, special FX, explosions, flag-waving and violence.
