Who decides the parameters and their weights? What's the ideal level of proprietary bits in a rom for example. Would you have your spyware as is, an opensource reimplementation or none at all? Would like a completely pixelified experience or something in the opposite direction?
There's no standardised evaluation so how would you evaluate something to be best

the ideal amount of proprietary is naturally the least possible with the best performance and utility as the more open components there are the more people can improve on it spyware obviously truncated, launcher is naturally more subjective since aesthetic is involved but there are still qol features and ux so they can certainly be rated i dont fully grasp what you define pixelification to be since thats a more abstract property

The ideal is least *for you* yet there's a large market for roms that ship gms, extra bits from OEM to enable proprietary features and spoofing to enable features which are invasive platform side Pixelifying is the idea of turning aosp into the pixel stock rom (ish)
We don't have multiple roms just for competition or hobby, it's because not everyone finds something objectively best
If you go purely by the largest addressable market, wouldn't stock be the best as it's targeted to everyone

I don't want to pollster you about shipping gms in rom or not but you are clearly delusional if not having it makes it ideal for everyone
gms should be shipped but the bloat should obviously be removed, and it should be optional to have gms in the first place
i said the least possible, not only whats necessary for the phone to run
the question is what rom generally works best on np2, and i would like to know more about them from people with the experience so i can pick one
