Two men have been arrested on suspicion of murder after a seven-year-old girl and her aunt died in a house fire near Middlesbrough, as detectives investigate possible links to wider organised crime surrounding the fatal A66 crash. White? Manhunt Launched After Woman Raped In Covent Garden Doorway. The victim was walking through the busy streets around Shaftesbury Avenue, Cambridge Circus and Drury Lane in the early hours of Saturday 22 August when an unknown man approached her. At about 5.20am he dragged her into a doorway on Macklin Street in Covent Garden and raped her. She managed to escape and reported the attack to police shortly afterwards. Detectives have released CCTV footage of the suspect they are desperately trying to identify. He is described as white, aged 25-35, with short dark hair. At the time he was wearing a grey hoodie, dark gilet, casual trousers and trainers, and was carrying a backpack. Police are appealing to anyone who was in the Covent Garden area between 4.30am and 6am on 22 August to come forward. Detective Chief Inspector Paul Ridley, who is leading the investigation, said officers are confident someone will recognise the man shown in the footage.
