  There's the other propaganda that, instead of portraying a totalitarian state in it's chthonic misery, paints a picture of a place where rivers of shit and blood flow through the streets and people fight each other over a crust of bread, and supposedly everyone is bloodthirsty and dreams of the war with the whole world.
