Step 1 Download the Ubuntu Server 20.04 ISO and install the OS on a VM or bare metal. Check if you meet the requirements by running: grep -cw vmx /proc/cpuinfo Check if KVM was installed correctly after the installation script finishes running: kvm-ok - When installed on GCP, skip the setup wizard by pressing CTRL + C after the first reboot and if you're tired of having to do that at every login, ask how to disable in this chat. ⚠️ Remember this version is still on beta so you might encounter bugs and unfinished features.

Who ever trying to run fortigate images, turn off pnetlab>> go processes settings >> there are 2 check boxes of virtual processing units Just tick them both and try to run the images

Are you setting the command boot system bootflash:nxos:<Current_Softwareversion>

try to set the nic to e1000 or vmxnet
