Hi, I tested it again and I don't think it's a cache issue.
Both my PC and phone resolve authen.pnetlab.com to 103.124.94.157. When I open authen.pnetlab.com (even in an incognito/private window), I get a parked "This domain name has expired" page. Opening 103.124.94.157 directly shows the same page.
Could you please check if authen.pnetlab.com and user.pnetlab.com are currently pointing to the correct server or if there is an issue with the DNS configuration?

My suggestion is better to run on any Private Public Server as Ubuntu 20 is reached its end of support
