PayRam - Save your business from payment disruptions

I understand the flow but my questions is different. When my customer pays by card and lands on transfer screen my merchant address is not pre filled for them they see a blank enter wallet field instead of complete transfer to merchant button. Why is my address not auto populating on the customers screen
