The HTTP Request Failed error was caused by the default PublicNode Base RPC.
I replaced it with an Alchemy Base Mainnet RPC endpoint, set it as the Preferred node in PayRam → Settings → Node Configuration → Base, and removed the PublicNode RPC from the preferred position.
After updating the RPC and testing the connection, the Base wallet deployment/linking worked successfully without any errors.
If anyone is facing the same issue, switching to an Alchemy Base RPC should resolve it. 🚀
