Hi everyone, is anyone here still waiting on a PERM filed around May 2024?
My PERM was filed in May 2024, received an audit, and we responded to the audit in Jan 2026. It’s still pending and seems to be well beyond the expected processing timeline.
Has anyone been in a similar situation? Is there anything I or my attorney can try to expedite or follow up on the case at this point?
Any suggestions or recent experiences would be really helpful. Thanks!
