PERM LC

Hi everyone, I’m looking for guidance regarding my PERM and an employer entity change. I’m currently with DISH Wireless LLC, and my employment is being moved to DISH Network LLC due to an internal company/entity change. My PERM is already in the final stage, and I’m expecting certification this year. Can my existing PERM continue after this entity change, or would the company need to start a completely new PERM under DISH Network LLC, including PWD, recruitment, and filing again? Has anyone gone through a similar entity change, merger, restructuring, or successor-in-interest situation while PERM was pending? Please share your experience. Thank you!
