PERM LC

Hello everyone, i have received the perm denial copy Reason for denial: Section G.10 on the ETA-9089 was marked "Yes" (indicating a credentials evaluation service was used to qualify the foreign worker's education/experience), but Appendix C — which is supposed to explain what specific education/experience combination the evaluation service accepted — was left blank. Attorney said that they have filled the section C but DOL did not agree with the specific language written on the ETA 9089 form and they will go for an appeal
