According to my lawyers, my PERM was denied due to an “administrative error,” but they don’t want to tell me exactly what the error was.
They want to file a Request for Reconsideration in addition to starting a new PERM process.
What are the chances of winning a reconsideration in this situation? Has anyone gone through this process and successfully gotten their PERM approval after reconsideration?
