Xml is a config file of gcam mods. Every gcam has its own xml. It's basically a saved config file of settings and tweaks we do in gcam to get better results. Note: if u have no idea about tweaking a gcam at all don't make changes in gcam after loading an xml. It will ruin the purpose of xml.
