Pointless Chat

Do you guys think the subtly transphobic insistence on the relevance of "genital preferences" is because the straight mind cannot conceive that attraction could be tied to anything besides sexual reproduction? If, in your mind, attraction and "finding someone hot" is always an expression of a sexual desire; and if, in your mind, sex is always entirely about genitals; then it almost makes sense to be so paranoid. I would pity these people's partners if they had any.
