Update: This is not a scientific paper in the normal sense, it is a letter to pediatricians to inform them of the known causes of autism (mostly just that we don't know what genes cause it, but that it is more recurrent in families with some specific diseases or types of autism) and that it might be a good idea to not try to do genetic screening on every patient except for those that have one or more cases of related diseases (don't like to use that word in this context but I don't know what other could fit here)in their family since those are REALLY valuable to try and understand the genetic component of autism. It is still a neat letter to read!

There's a woman who is on the phone here talking REALLY loudly, and she is ONLY on her phone, she doesn't need to stay here, she can sit anywhere else to talk, but no she has to come to the only place people can place their laptops on a desk and charge them to talk random nonsense on her phone and bother everyone else
