And I Already Know the Python Language Without the Library's, so I'm not a Complete Beginner here
And also if Someone wanted to "learn something", than that means they just want to basically solo it, but learn just means understanding, like Now that I saw and understood that opencv code, it like I learned the library a bit, and I know Classes, functions, the basics, and all the important stuff and even some numpy and math library, and I also made my own library too which shows that I'm not in the beginner stage and mostly intermediate/medium stage
